Chicken Cordon Bleu with Honey Mustard Mayo

RECIPE:
Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich
with Honey Mustard Mayo on Chiabatta
Our Breaded Chicken Parm (as shown on Good Things Utah on Feb 29th) Sliced Ham Swiss Cheese
Light Saute the chicken on both sides and then add the ham and swiss cheese cook in the oven for 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees.
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Yellow Mustard
2 Tbsp. Whole Grain Mustard
2 Tbsp. Honey
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Toast the Chiabatta roll and add some sauce to both sides of the roll, add the chicken and cut in half.
