4 chicken breasts
1 16 oz. box of Rotini
1 can Ro*Tel
1/4 yellow onion
1/4 stick butter
Black ground pepper
1 16 oz. box Velveeta
Boil chicken. ( save the chicken broth to boil the pasta in ) In a large sauce pan, sauté onion in butter, add Velveeta, allow it to melt, then add Ro*tel. Shred the chicken and add to the cheesy mixture in the sauce pan. In a large baking dish or bowl, combine the cooked pasta and mixture and gently stir. Place in the oven for 15 min and bake for 350 degrees uncovered. Remove and sprinkle with a little ground black pepper.
Serve with French bread!!!
