RECIPE: Blognese Sauce
1 Lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz. tomato paste
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 can Stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt, 1 cup water
Brown the beef and drain the fat. Add onion and green pepper and let cook about five minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite pasta.
