RECIPE:
Beef Alambres
8oz. Top Sirloin Steak
2 Anaheim Peppers
¼ Onion
½ Portobello Mushroom
4oz. Enchilada Sauce
4oz. Cheese blend
(Manchego, Oaxaca, Asadero, Monteray, & Cotija)
Cut steak and Veggies lengthwise into strips, Sauté steak in pan with canola oil for one min. Then add peppers, onions, and mushrooms. When veggies are softened add enchilada sauce and remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese, and serve with a side of sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, slaw, and corn or flour tortillas.
