1 lb. chopped chicken, roast beef or ground beef1 onion, chopped1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, with liquid1 (16 oz.) can white beans, with liquid1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, with liquid1 (16 oz.) can corn, with liquid1 can Ro-tel tomatoes with chilies and liquid1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, with liquid1 pkg. taco mix1 pkg. Ranch dressingPreparation:
Saute ground beef & onion; drain. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Top with sour cream, tortilla chips and grated cheese.
If using chopped chicken or roast beef, sauté onions in a little oil then add meat. If desired, can use crockpot.
