Marcia Williams came to show us how she makes her delicious bar-b-q baby back ribs with some special sauce.

RECIPE: BAR-B-Q BABY BACK RIBS.
Ingredients-
6 Lbs baby back ribs
1-2 Tbsp ground black pepper
1-2 Tbsp onion powder
1-2 Tbsp paprika
1-2 Tbsp Lawry's seasoning salt
BBQ Sauce (enough to cover meat well)

Rinse Ribs ( cut up as desired )
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add ribs to boiling water for 1-2 minutes
Remove ribs, allow to cool , season ribs with black pepper, onion powder, paprika,
Lawry's seasoning salt.

Bake ribs at 375- 400 degrees covered for about an hour. (add a little water to baking dish to keep ribs from sticking)
Remove ribs from oven, add BBQ sauce, return ribs in oven for 10
minutes uncovered . Turn oven to broil on high for a few minutes
to allow sauce to stick to the ribs, turning on both sides.

Keep a close watch on ribs, so it doesn't burn.
