Bang Bang Chicken in Filo

ANG BANG CHICKEN IN FILO
¼ cup peanut butter
1/8 tsp. granulated garlic
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
¼ tsp. sambal or Tabasco
1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 green onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. red or orange bell pepper, diced
½ hot pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 pkg. frozen filo shells
For sauce, mix together peanut butter, garlic, ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, and hot sauce.
Slice or shred chicken into very small pieces. Toss with Bang Bang Sauce.
Place small amount of chicken in tart shells. Garnish with diced peppers and sesame seeds.
