Baked Corn Beef

Ingredients:
1-3 Lbs. pkg. corned beef
10-12 whole cloves
Glaze ¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup pure maple syrup
¼ cup honey mustard
¼ tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place corned beef in a large pot and cover with water and bring to a boil. Pour off boiling water. Cover corned beef with water and bring to a boil a second time. Pour off boiling water.
Place corned beef on double thick aluminum foil, fatty side up. Stick cloves into fat. Mix glaze ingredients in a small bowl. Pour half of glaze onto corned beef; spread with a pastry brush. Roll aluminum foil sides leaving a 1 inch tent above the corned beef. Bake 2.5-3 hours
Open top of foil and coat corned beef with remaining glaze. Place back into oven uncovered for 20 minutes. Allow corned beef to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
