Ingredients:
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 2 chopped avocados
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 TBS fresh, chopped parsley
- 1 TBS fresh, chopped oregano
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 TBS white wine vinegar
- 4 to 6 oz. crumbled feta cheese
Directions: In a bowl, stir together the tomatoes, avocado, garlic, parsley and oregano (and 1/4 cup red onion, if you like). Gently stir in olive oil and white wine vinegar. Stir in feta. Insanely easy. Chill for at least a couple hours.
Italian Pita Chips
1 Pkg. of pitas (6 in package)
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
3 tsp. Italian seasoning
Directions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut each pita into 6 triangles. Seperate the triangles and throw them into a bow. Melt the butter in a seperate bowl and to it add the parmesan and italian. Drizzle over the pitas while fluffing them around to get the mixture on both sides. Lay on the pitas on sheet pans and bake about 8 minutes then turn over and continue to bake another couple.
