Almond Cake with Roasted Strawberries

Almond Cream Cake
1½ cups All Purpose Flour
½ cup Almond Flour
½ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1½ cups Sugar
2½ Whipping Cream
3 Large Eggs
Fresh Strawberries for garnish
Method
Mix the eggs and the sugar
Combine the dry ingredients
Combine the whipping cream and Flour into the egg and sugar mixture in three
alternating additions
Transfer the cake batter into a parchment paper lined 9 inch by 13-inch baking dish
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes ]
1 qt. Strawberries, sliced
½ cup Sugar
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
Transfer the mixture to a sheet pan
Roast the strawberries in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
Spoon the strawberries over the Almond Cake
