what do you do wjth rose bushes for the winter?

I have lillies in my front yard and hate it when they get all the dry leaves and grass. I usually just groom them but am wondering if I should cut them down for the winter.

I saw the segment on bringing plants indoors for the wihter. I failed to see what to spray on the plants. You said to use an insecticidal soap on the pots, but didn't catch what to use on the plants. Where do you buy both products?

Joy, when is the best time to prun long branches (1; to 2" ) from trees? They are Aspen. Could I do it now if I seal them?

Joy we just had the greatest experience we have been trying to get rid of the grasshoppers awe have tried IMAX SEVEN. Then tonight the seagulls came from all over thousands of them i have a video of them i believe we found the cure thank goodness for these seagulls.
