It's the early morning hours of a fall morning and Shawn Weimer's weekend with his little girl. He's been drinking and lets the nine year old get behind the wheel of his van. What he didn't realize is that when they pulled in to a gas station to fill up, surveillance cameras caught it all on camera.
The tree is twinkling, carolers are singing and your spouse is.... in the other room counting the seconds until Christmas is over. Plenty of couples find themselves in arguments over the holidays. There's a lot of stress at this time of year.. brought on by financial worries, in-laws and expectations. Experts say if you do get into an argument, realize that neither of you has to "win". What couples must avoid is trying to force their partner in to their way of thinking. And remember that marriage is about give and take.

Someone called 911 and police arrived just as Shawn and his daughter were about to reach home. Police say they found the little girl sitting on a booster seat so her hands could reach the steering wheel. Authorities aer now accusing Weimer of child abuse.
