Table Talk 1/9.
Nicea is back from her vacation in Hawaii with her family and she shared a few pictures and highlights of her trip.
Gretchen talked about Ski Utah ads debuting in New York and Los Angeles this weekend. Utah's humorous snowflake commercials are airing there on local television stations as part of the Utah Office of Tourism's $1.2 million dollar winter advertising campaign. Digital billboards in some parts of L.A. are also up and running through the end of this month.
Brianne talked about an Australian woman who survived a frightening bungee fall in Africa. The cord snapped and she plunged 250 feet into the crocodile-infested waters of the Zambesi River in Zambabwe. The icy water actually helped bring Erin Langworthy out of her daze. But, she had to dive into the water to get the rope unhooked from rocks and other debris. The 22-year old woman spend a week int he hospital, but other than a few bruises she is recovering well.
Temma Martin with No More Homeless Pets brought in a pet who needs a good home. Monkey is a six year old black lab, but he's quite small for his breed. Monkey deserves a good, loving home because he was rescued from a hoarder. He had to eat rocks to survive, and because of that, he has missing teeth. Monkey is very loving and just wants a family to love him back! If you're interested in adopting Monkey, or another new pet, go to:
