Sadly, this company is a rip-off . . . I wrote about them on my blog in exchange for a free necklace and one to give away. My necklace came incomplete and the winner on my blog never received theirs. This was for MOTHER'S DAY, 2012! I've received NUMEROUS promises one would be coming, one is in the mail, etc. Never happened! I've had numerous others tell me the same happened to them. So sad because this IS a nice product, but the customer service stinks.
