Thanks to the Heart 2 Home Foundation and generous Utahns, the Dream Center in Salt Lake City is getting a much needed makeover.
Each week the Dream Center supports almost 100 students in after school tutoring, art and music classes, and anti-gang mentoring. The Dream Center feeds and clothes over 400 individuals weekly through their charitable donations to the refugee population.
This center has become a model for many other centers nationally as it serves as a beacon of hope for those who are destitute and in need of education and humanitarian aid in crisis.

The goal of the Heart 2 Home Foundation is to organize community and corporate donations and volunteers to encourage and enhance the lives of Utah families in need.
Those volunteer efforts and donations are utilized in fundraising and home renovations that meet special needs in dire circumstances. It is a non-profit 100% volunteer organization with no paid staff.
