Friday night vs. ASU is Daddy Daughter Night and dads can go online to: http://www.utahtickets.com and enter promo code: RedRocksDads and get free tickets for them and their daughters. The meet is Friday, February 1st at 7:00 p.m. at the Huntsman Center in Salt Lake City.

The Utah-ASU meet is also Residence Hall Association night … Friday's meet is the first of two straight home meets for the Utes, who host Cal on Saturday, Feb. 9 at 7 p.m. … Utah's crowd of 14,917 for its home opener on Jan. 19 was the second-largest crowd ever for a Utah home opener and the largest home-opening crowd for the Utes since 1992.

The 2013 team is young, with a lot of new faces.  In fact, there are no seniors on the team.

Two meets will be televised this season on the PAC-12 Network.  The next live televised meets are vs. Stanford and Florida.

Tickets are available starting at $10 per meet.

Arrive early for FREE programs, posters, and trading cards and visit the kids zone that includes FREE face painting, a clown/balloon artist, and poster poster making.

Here are some facts about some of the gymnasts:

Sophomore All-American Tory Wilson, who has won the vault in all three meets, is ranked second in the nation this week with a 9.933 season average. She has scored a 9.95 in the last two meets … The Utes are 3-0 at home (all three wins coming in a quad meet on Jan. 19) and 1-1 on the road … While the Utes have beaten two Pac-12 schools (Oregon State and Arizona), their league record is 1-1 since the OSU win came in a non-conference meet. Utah's loss was at UCLA ... Ute individual winners: Georgia Dabritz (5), Wilson (3), Corrie Lothrop (2), Nansy Damianova (1), Mary Beth Lofgren (1) and Becky Tutka (1) … Utes have won or tied for every individual event and all-around title in the last two meets … The Utes have hit 67-72 routines this season. Gymnasts without a fall are Lothrop (12-12), Breanna Hughes (6-6), Tutka (6-6) and Lia Del Priore (3-3).

Freshman Haley Lange got her first test as a Ute in exhibition at Arizona and scored a 9.725 on vault and a 9.775 on beam in non-counting routines … Mary Beth Lofgren, a starter on beam and floor, was an exhibition all-arounder at Arizona, where her 39.250 total would have tied for second had all her scores counted … The only Ute who has not done a routine this season is sophomore All-American Kailah Delaney, who remains sidelined with a knee injury that required surgery in the preseason.

Despite a win over No. 13 Arizona and the seventh-best road score in the nation this year (Utah won 196.600-196.075), the Utes slipped one spot to No. 9 in the national rankings based on their 196.283 season average. Tory Wilson is ranked second in the nation on vault (9.933 average), Georgia Dabritz is fifth on bars (9.883) and the Utes have two top-20 all-arounders: No. 13 Corrie Lothrop (39.317) and No. 18 Dabritz (39.275). See page 3 for complete rankings.
