Beginning October 29 - November 9, families are encouraged to apply to be a recipient for Toys for Tots.
Utah Children ages infant to 13 years of age will receive toys through the program.
Application Process for Salt Lake Valley & Park City area:
Dates: October 29, 30, 31; November 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9
Times: 8:00 am to 3:30pm each day listed
Must apply in person at:
Navy Operations Support Center (NOSC)
Fort Douglas

Salt Lake City, UT 84113
Must provide the following documents during the application process:
- Valid State Drivers License (not expired or photo copied)
- Or, valid State Identification Care (not expired or photo copied)
- Valid Foreign Identification card/Residence Card (not expired or photo copied)
- Children's Birth Certificates
Applicants will be turned away, and asked to come back, if they do not bring these documents to the application process.
