Thomas Panuzio is a Homeland Security expert and former top FEMA Official during the first Bush Administration

While at FEMA, he managed over 100 Disasters for FEMA on behalf of the White House and Bush Administration during the years 1991-1993.
Expert in the areas of Continuity of Government and Terrorism Response.

Role FEMA had during 9-11:
Implementing the Federal Response Plan preserving the Continuity of the Government of the United States which including shutting down airspace, removal of officials from Washington DC and providing security for the government buildings being threatened.
Providing Urban Search and Rescue Teams, from throughout the US, to search for Victims.
Provide teams of recovery experts to identify remains of those victims of the attacks.
