Utah mom Kari Morrison decided to make her own clothes when she found her daughters liked to wear frilly "girly" dresses, but they needed their legs to be covered up.
Now she designs a line of modesty play shorts and leggings.
"Tom Girls Clothing" has been in business about a year now. Kari lives in Lehi and runs her business from her home. She now has reps in Los Angeles, Dallas and New York City and have items in boutiques across the country. She is just now starting to promote her products locally.
Kari says, "The concept behind Tom Girls Clothing is girlly girls who like to wear skirts and dresses but also love to be active." They have play have play shorts and leggings and are adding a line of easy comfy skirts and dresses for dress or play.
