Most families have holiday traditions, but most don't realize just how important having those traditions are. Marriage and Family Therapist, Kirk Voss is back on the show to talk about the value behind family traditions.

Here are some topics Kirk addresses:
  • Why do couples' relationships get brushed aside during the holiday rush?
  • Traditions and Rituals are meaningful because they build connection, add predictability, give us something to latch onto and identify with, and so much more!
  • How do we fit in traditions with everything else we have to get done during the holidays?
  • So what do we do? (I could list a number of different kinds of ideas, some old and some we don't think of, and how to keep them meaningful)
