Ah summertime! Time for sunshine, warm days, and sultry nights. Also time for sunburns, frizzy hair, dry skin and that “I’m melting” feeling!

When swimming turns your locks a lovely shade of aquamarine and the sun turns your nose as red as a lobster, how do you survive the challenges of the summer swelter, while looking cool AND hot at the same time?

Lifestyle Expert Justine Santaniello shares this season’s fixes, remedies, and must-haves, on the beach, at work and at play!

Sweat
-Drink early, drink often, and drink again!
-Wear loose clothing that allows sweat to evaporate
-Use oil blotting sheets on sweat-prone areas such as your forehead, nose and chin

Skin
-Use baby wipes with Aloe Vera & Vitamin E that moisturize the skin
-Carry a DEET free bug repellent to get rid of mosquitoes
-protect your feet form blisters with a blister blocker stick

Hair
-Switch to a shampoo and conditioner with SPF protection
-Use a smoothing serum that can be applied on wet or dry hair
-Choose a hairspray that controls frizz in the humidity

Eyes
-Purchase a pair of sunglasses with 100 percent UV protection
-Use eye drops to reduce redness caused by salt water and chlorine
