There is a great deal of Christmas and Holiday sites you want to come check out in downtown Salt Lake City, and Executive Chef Bernhard Götz told us why we should consider going to Little America. "Goodness, gracious. we have many, many new things going on, especially now with the holiday falling on a Tuesday, this whole weekend is just going to be extremely busy. we are really really excited."
Chef Gotz and his staff will be busy in the kitchen on Christmas too, "Most of the reservations are already taken. but we still have room for walk-ins." says Gotz, Obviously the Coffee Shop does not take reservations, "but in the dining room, just come on down. first come, first served." Come down and ejoy the holiday decorations, grab a bite to eat
Besides all the yummy pastries and sweets he brought if for us today, Chef Gotz says, "In the Coffee Shop we will we will feature prime rib and also poached salmon with an etoufe sauce which is a New Orleans style. Traditional roast turkey and in the dining room, we will have a beautiful breakfast buffet until about 2 o'clock then we switch over to dinner buffet. For that, we have, of course, our traditional turkey items and also have pork loin, stuffed chicken breast. we have poached salmon... something for everyone."
