No one knows the pain of nine eleven more than Margaret Wahlstrom.  She lost her mother-in-law and sister-in-law at ground zero.

Mary Alice Wahlstrom and her daughter Carolyn Beug were aboard the first plane to hit the World Trade Center.

Another Utahn, Brady Howell, died in the attacks that day.  Howell was a Utah State University grad interning at the Pentagon.

Margaret Wahlstrom has been working to be a memorial to the Utah victims as well as the soldiers who died in the fight against terrorism.  It would stand at the Utah Botanical Center.
