First, you must identify where your resentment is coming from. Once you know that it's there, then you can begin to focus on releasing it in a healthy way.
Angel encourages to talk with that person you are resenting to come to terms. Or you can discuss it by writing it all down on a paper so your mind can begin to understand what is going on and so you can let go. Find what works best for you.
