Part of the celebration at Liberty Park on Pioneer Day is the Native American culture in Utah.

Tuesday is the 17th Annual Intertribal Competition Powwow.  That is where several different tribes compete.

Everyone is welcome to watch.  You can bring the whole family, the chairs and enjoy the excitement, the color and energy of Salt Lake City's Hottest Powwow.  The traditional music, dance and colors always draw a crowd.

There are two Grand Entries to the Powwow.  One at 12:00 p.m. and one at 5:00 p.m.

Admission is $5.00 at the door (charged until 8:30 p.m.).  Children under six and seniors over 65 are free.
