·        8 – 2 ½” x 6” inner banner pieces from “Boy” Cowboy paper

·        8 – 1 ½” x 4” banner toppers from “Boy” Dapper Dots Glittered paper

·        4 – frame centers from remaining “Boy” Dapper Dots Glittered paper

3.      Lay out all banners and adhere 2 ½” x 6” inner banner pieces to the center.  Cut banner shape from bottom.

5.      Adhere 2 ½” circle (white side up) to the center of 3” circle (gray side up) and add to the center of the first 5 banners.

6.      Add paper to center of frames.  Using a glue gun, mount 4 silver frames to the last three banners and large snowflake.

7.      Add chipboard letters to spell out “let it snow”

8.      Add two ¾” x 3” strips to the top of each banner.

9.      Add rhinestones to each strip as shown.

10.  Fold over and adhere banner pieces to surface or fold over twine to make a hanging banner.

11.  Hang banner and enjoy.
