Fall is here we need to start layering and preparing for the cooler temperatures, Jen Clyde gives us some helpful tips for selecting the right coat to go with your fashion style. what are the new trends, things to look for when searching for your new warmer look.
Jen said one of the best coats is the trench coat. She said, "Everyone loves a trench, it's not going anywhere. And sometimes they will make them a little bit thicker. Sometimes we like to use the trench in spring. But fall, it is perfect. I wanted to remind everybody that these lines with going to work, it's a dressier coat, going out to a nice date or play or something."
Jen also said an everyday jacket can also go a long way and is good for both the young and young-at-heart. Jen said the example on the show, "Looks warm and just comfy, almost like an everyday coat... and if you don't like your middle, go with the cropped."
The everyday coat was from Target and costs $34.
The final fall coat Jen said you need in your wardrobe is a short-cropped jacket. The two-toned look is very flattering and Jen's example had some great button accents to give it a slight military look.
