There are a million delicious healthy treat ideas out there to replace the bad ones,
Just like there is a massive amount of fitness workouts and exercise knowledge
We are bombarded by knowledge on “The Behaviors / How To’s” and yet we are the FATTEST we’ve ever been as a society.
So… my ? for everyone is … is it really about the behaviors?
The food & exercise?
If it is, then why don’t you have the results you want?
I 100% believe that “Losing Weight is REALLY, REALLY Easy”…
I love teaching people how to workout for 12 mins & burn fat for 2 days,
& how easy it is to eat healthy & delicious, how to turn your body into a fat burning machine and how to Eat to be a Fat Burning Machine.
… but those are just behaviors….. that ANYONE can LEARN & IMPLEMENT!

Healthy Treat Replacements Recipes:
Cookie Dough Bites & Protein Chocolate Chunk Bites
2 Tbsp of PB2 (Peanut Butter & Chocolate PB Powder Replacement, can get at:
http://www.bellplantation.com.
Add Healthy Oats ( Amount according to consistency of thickness you want)
Cinnamon to taste (Optional)
Add a Tbsp or less of water at a time and start stirring together. Continue until it is your desired consistency of cookie dough. Roll up into little balls.
For Protein, you can add either a tasteless purely protein powder, or meal replacement powder to the mix to get in some protein to make it work for a meal, or add chunks of a chocolate protein bar. Try cutting them into tiny pieces and freezing first to make them more like choc chip chunks. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar Odwalla brand is a good healthier option for a bar.
Dried Fruit:
Have you ever tried dried pineapple or mango’s? Dry any kind of fruit for a “take to the movies” treat or healthier option for any occasion. You’ll be surprised how delicious these are and easy to make a quick batch. Cut up a bunch of fruit, throw into the dehydrator and let it run overnight.
