Tammy Parker loves to decorate cakes and cupcakes, and Halloween is one of the best times of the year to get creative.
On Good Things Utah Wednesday Tammy showed us how to create several different cupcakes...and this will only take you a few minutes.
One is a witch made with a cookie and chocolate kiss hat. One is a mummy.. .made entirely with frosting and Gobstobbers for eyes. One is a knife into the cupcake with "blood" inside.
