Mary Talboys, LCSW from the University Neuropsychiatric Institute (UNI) talks about the causes of Holiday Blues, and ways to cope with stress during this time of year.

Coping with stress during the holidays:
Pace yourself, organize your time, and prioritize important activities. Don't overdo it.
Do something for someone else. Try volunteering some of your time to help others.
Be aware that excessive drinking will only increase your feelings of depression.
Spend time with supportive and caring people.
Save time for yourself!
