- Fill your bags with candy, fold over top part and tape
- Cut out each square with # just inside the black line (or use a 1" square punch) and glue to middle of each bracket piece
- Cut .75" strips for one piece of both greens and the red (you will need 25 pieces total). Using the other pieces of each color cut 1" squares (you will need 25 pieces).
- Glue the strips to the back of each bracket piece approximately half way down. Glue the bracket piece to the top of each candy bag, fold over the strip (leaving room to run the ribbon through) and adhere to back of bag. Glue the 1" square over the strips.
- Run the red ribbon through each loop 1-25 and tie a loop at each end to hang from.
- Cut the checkered ribbon in half and tie a bow with each, hot glue to each end of the countdown and hang.
