CANDY APPLE CENTERPIECEDesigner: LISA BERRETT, ROBERTS ARTS AND CRAFTS www.robertscrafts.com CRAFT INSTRUCTIONS: Supplies: Small ApplesΒΌ-inch dowelsHot glue gun and sticksMelting potRibbonPaint (Peinture acrylique) folk artWilton sprinkles Orange and brownFall picksBasket of tin for your arrangementDaubersStyrofoamInstructions: I first glued my Styrofoam into the bottom of my tinPaint your dowel is brownPoke a small hole in the bottom of the apples so you can hot glue the stick in the bottomWhen your melting pot is hot and ready tip your apple upside down and turn it into the hot glueNow with your glue gun make drips going down the sides of your apple to look like caramel is drippingLet dry really good about 10 minutesNow that the glue is dry go ahead and paint it with the caramel color I like to use a dauberCut you ribbon 5 inches long, this is a good length to tie around the stickWith your mod-Podge add a thin layer on top of the apple and dip it into the candy sprinklesAdd your Fall picks to the container, add the apples and ribbon to the bottom of the container and hot glue in This will be a arrangement that can stay out for a few months and be darling!
