Temma Martin from Best Friends Animal Society brought Benji to the show Monday.
He is a one-year-old German Wired Hair Pointer & Border Collie mix. Border Collies are known to be very intelligent, and Benji knows how to sit and do other tricks too.
Benji is very well-behaved and has good manners. Now he just needs a new, loving home.
Benji is available at Salt Lake County Animal Services at 511 West 3900 South.
Salt Lake County Animal Services is looking for people to foster dogs and cats so they don't have to live in the shelter while waiting for adoption. It's also coming up on kitten season, and foster families are needed to bottle-feed new kittens.
