3-D Thankful Subway Art
Glue brown cardstock to cardboard from frame, put back in frame, Ink all edges of pattern paper, off white letters and colored circles/strips
1 - Glue blue/cream plaid paper to top of brown cardstock. Glue cream circle to aqua scallop circle, glue button to center and glue to right side. Glue "Thankful"
in remaining space.
2 - Glue polka dot paper to left side of brown cardstock. Cut 3 pieces of brown twine (about 6" each) and tie around "L" and trim excess. Cut 6" of brown twine an then cut about 1 yard of brown twine and loop back and forth, tie the 6" you just cut around the middle and tie a double knot. Hot glue to right side as shown, hot glue orange button to middle of twine. Glue "Blessings" as shown.
3 - Glue the paper with circles and diamonds in the middle to right side of brown cardstock. Glue the orange circle to brown circle, wrap the remaining twine around circles and tape to the back. Put the large brad through the center of the aqua scallop circle and glue to center of orange circle, glue to right side of pattern paper. Glue "Gratitude" to paper as shown.
4 - Glue cream polka dot paper under thankful as shown, glue the "Harvest" letters to paper as shown leaving space at the bottom. Trim the blue ribbon with brown dots to fit under "arves" and put 1 brown brad in each end, adhere as shown.
5 - Glue dark red polka dot paper next to gratitude as shown, adhere "Family" evenly spaced as shown. Put 1 small, 1 medium, 1 small rhinestone on the bottom of the "F" and 3 medium rhinestones on the "I" as shown
6 - Wrap the green tulle around the multi-colored flower paper and tie a knot (put as close to left edge as possible) wrap the brown netting around the tulle and tie a knot. Trim both the tulle and netting. Glue "FALL" letters as shown. Glue under Harvest as shown.
7 - Glue the dark red flower paper under Fall, glue the green strip to the middle. Glue "Autumn" letters evenly across, glue 3 large rhinestones in the top right corner.
8 - Glue the cream paper under Autumn, glue "GATHER" evenly across paper, glue 3 small rhinestones to the "A".
***Display on an easel or hang with ribbon***
