Good Things Utah airs live each weekday from 10AM to 11AM from the ABC 4 Studio in Salt Lake City, while the Daily Dish airs from 9AM to 10AM from the ABC 4 Studio as well. Guests in our live audience can begin arriving at 8:50AM to watch the Daily Dish, and must arrive by 9:30AM to see Good Things Utah and will need to remain seated through the entire broadcast. Seats in our studio audience are limited, so reserve your seat today and join in the fun!
The studio audience is open to adults and children who are 8-years of age and older.
