Wesley Ruff - I like Wesley, but not that much

The Utah Jazz have lost Carlos Boozer and Kyle Korver, and could now lose Wesley Matthews. He signed a 5 year, $34 million dollar offer sheet with Portland. The Jazz now have a week to decide whether or not to match that offer.
I like Wesley. Heck, with a name like Wesley, how can you not like him? He's a hard worker and a good guy and he proved he can play in this league.
But should the Jazz keep him? Not for that kind of money!
There are a lot of players like Matthews out there. I'm sure they can find someone who won't cost them $9 million in the first year. They can probably go get Ronnie Brewer for a lot less than that.
Does Matthews deserve a raise? Absolutely. Can he get better? Probably. Should the Jazz go over the salary cap for a guy who averaged under 10 points per game? I wouldn't.
