I don't usually see the same movie twice within the exact same week, especially a kids movie, but Despicable Me I just had to take the kids to again. Steve Carrell! I loved him! He is perfect as the voice of Gru, the villian who becomes more and more loveable as the movie goes on.
But it's Agnes, a little girl with big eyes, who steals the show. (Remember Puss in Boot's eyes in Shrek when he's begging? She has THOSE eyes) She loves fluffy unicorns and my kids have not stopped saying, "it's just so fluffy!" for the past week.
Did I like it better than Toy Story? No, but it was a darn close second! And worth seeing with my five and seven year old twice in the same seven days...and yes, we did get more popcorn (with butter in the middle:)
