Nice work by a 13-year old girl who avoided being kidnapped. She was upset that she started talking to him, giving him an opening. But she was smart enough to get away after he grabbed her and wanted to take her to his apartment. Even more impressive was she remembered his looks. She got a good description and gave it to her father and police. That description lead to his arrest. It's something all parents should remind their children...And it's something we as adults should remember when we're in a hostile situation. Get a good look at the person. If possible, get a description of the car or license plate number. It gives police an edge in finding this fellow.
