Marcos Ortiz Blog: Nobody wins

What an awful wait it must be for two sets of parents.  All week long I've been covering the Baby Emma case in Utah.  Her biological father is from Virginia. She lives here with her adoptive parents. The Supreme Court heard arguments from both sides and will play Solomon and decide where Baby Emma will live.  There's only one Baby Emma and two sets of parents.  I can't imagine the agony they're going through while they wait for the outcome.
