Kylie, obviously I don't know that much about the Cheesecake Factory but what I do know is that I like a well done steak and I do mean that literally because honestly I seriously prefer to have it cooked perfectly as in it actually being medium to medium rare after having ordered it at some restaurant on any given day of the week no matter where it is that I happen to be dining at the time if ya know what I'm saying.
