SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - Wednesday night at 6:30, Governor Herbert delivered Utah's annual State of the State address. 

The Governor discussed education, the state budget and the economy in his first State of the State after being elected governor.

ABC 4 political reporter Chris Vanocur was at the State Capitol in the chambers of the House of Representatives for the speech and covered the speech live via his Twitter account @cvan4.
