A recent study claims chocolate - not just dark chocolate - can reduce heart disease, improve insulin sensitivity, and reduce blood pressure. Wow!

However, before I could reach for a chocolate candy bar - Dr. Josh Redd burst the chocolate bubble. Dr. Redd was on Good Morning Utah on Wednesday - along with Julie Rasmussen from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. He told me, while dark chocolate can be helpful, other forms of chocolate - like milk chocolate or a chocolate milk shake will do more harm than good.

Rasmussen says her sales of dark chocolate have gone up 50 percent over the past few years as people learn about the health benefits. And she says RMCF has found ways to get that chocolate to you with some other sweets to make it taste even better.
