SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - Police are looking for a man who pulled a knife and stabbed an employee at Salt Lake City restaurant Saturday night.
According to Salt Lake City Police, a suspect entered the El Asadero Restaurant on 1011 West North Temple at around 9:00 p.m.
Police say the suspect demanded money, and that the employee chased the suspect outside the business, where the employee was stabbed in the upper torso.
Police say the suspect fled the area on foot, while the victim was transported to a local hospital and in fair condition.
The suspect was described as a white man in his 20s, 5 feet 6 inches tall, wearing a gray hooded shirt and black mask covering his face.
