SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) – Gary Herbert will be sworn in as Utah’s 17th Governor at the Utah State Capitol on Monday morning.

The event is scheduled for 11 a.m. in the Capitol Rotunda.

Herbert and other State elected officials will take the Oath of Office. This will be Herbert’s third inauguration in less than 4 years.

He took over as Governor in 2009 when Jon Huntsman resigned to be the U.S. Ambassador to China. Herbert then won a special election and was inaugurated in January 2011.

The event will include performances by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, One Voice Children’s Choir and the Utah National Guard Army Band. The National Guard will also feature a 19-gun salute and flyover.
