PROVO, Utah (ABC 4 News) - The city attorney in Provo is weighing whether to file charges against former BYU football players Joe Sampson and Zac Stout.

They are accused of fighting at approximately 3:00 a.m. At the Rancharito's restaurant located at 1314 North State Street in Provo.

BYU head football coach Bronco Mendenhall announced that Sampson and Stout were suspended from the team for violation of team rules. Both players have withdrawn from school and will not return this season.
