What was left out of the story was the reason he refused to provide the Urine sample. He was INSTRUCTED by the police officers to DRIVE the car back to the police station. Why would a police officer instruct this if he thought Mr Cook was under the influence and put the public at risk? With this in mind Mr Cook requested an attorney. They went ahead and forced catheterized him without said attorney.

This is called forced brutality. Somebody (Like a Judge) should get a review (disbarred) for this kind of criminal behavior.
