City Creek celebrates its first Christmas season

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - Christmas has arrived at City Creek. Thursday the shopping center unveiled its holiday package for their first year in business

City Creek is alive for the holidays.

Their decorations include one 30 foot Christmas tree with nearly 13,000 lights, choreographed holiday fountain displays with fire, four 18 foot wreaths with thousands of lights and that's just the beginning.

This first Christmas for City Creek brings with it quite a bit of pressure.

Linda Wardell, City Creek General Manager, told ABC4 News, "There are so many great traditions in downtown salt lake city, we have been talking about this for years."

Santa will arrive at City Creek Thursday night at 7 and they have more events planned throughout the month of December, CLICK HERE for more information.
