Car crashes into West Valley City home

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Two West Valley City women were not seriously injured when a car plowed through their home Tuesday afternoon.
According to a witness, the female driver of the car was traveling at a high rate of speed when she lost control and crashed though the back fence of a home at 1950 West Homestead Farms Lane and into the home.
The backyard of the home borders Redwood Road, where the driver was traveling.
The witness told ABC 4 News that he ran into the home to help the women get out. One of the victims told the witness that a Christmas tree and most of their presents were destroyed in the crash.
No one was hurt in the crash, but one of the women in the home said the car came witin a few feet of her.
