SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - Rob Bishop won Utah's U.S. House District 1 race on Tuesday over democratic challenger Donna McAleer on Tuesday.

With 50 percent of precincts reporting, Bishop held a 70 to 26 percent lead over McAleer.

Bishop, a former school teacher, has served as Utah House District 1 representative since 2003.
