Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Jessica Gail is happy to back at the station, where her broadcasting career began.

Jessica started at ABC 4 in 2006 as an intern while still in college. After graduating, Jessica was hired as an associate producer. She was later promoted to morning assignment desk editor and producer of Chris Vanocur’s weekly talk show.

Before returning to ABC 4, Jessica worked as an anchor and reporter at WTIU in Bloomington, Indiana and at KCSG in St. George, Utah.

Jessica graduated from Indiana University’s Ernie Pyle School of Journalism in Bloomington , Indiana with a Bachelor’s of Arts in journalism and religious studies.

When Jessica isn’t in the newsroom, she enjoys volunteering at Primary Children’s, trying new restaurants, going on walks, and spending time with her friends and family.
